Stores

There are two separate stores (A.C. and non A.C.) for the raw materials and packing materials and the same is stored strictly as per the Standard Operating Procedures. These stores are equipped with requisite pellets, racks, shelves etc and periodical inspection is done to ascertain the condition of these materials. The issue of the raw materials and the packing materials from the individual stores is done under the supervision of the concerned supervisor who also maintains periodic stocks of the same. The issue of the raw materials is done in a highly clean and dust free area under LAF system with utmost precision. The production department follows a predetermined and a highly validated procedure in manufacturing of various formulations. The machineries are handled by highly trained and skilled operators to maintain high quality and lowest wastage.
